If you are new to tabs\, they are way of reading music without reading music notation.  Magda and Arnie have graciously put together teaching/playing section to start the Meeting. There will be one 10-to-15-minute break following this section. Try to listen to this before the meetup. I really hope we can get many people to sign up. I would love to see some of our new Strummers stretch their wings. Then we need to pack up and exit the building before Noon. \nDisclaimers: \nMasks are no longer mandatory\, however\, if you feel more comfortable wearing one\, please do. \nIt is very important to the church that we have completely exited the building and cleaned up behind us before the next group arrives. So\, depending on the number of performance signups\, we may or may not get to all of them. DESCRIPTION:The theme for September 14th meeting will be \n1970s Singer/Songwriters – Lauren Steely Strum Leader \nWe’re going to sing out to some of the best of the early 70s. I expect we’ll play through each song 2-3 times – the idea is to start with a simple version of each song\, and then give you ways to spice them up a bit. There are lots of fun chords for those who want a challenge\, but we’ll cover easier versions of everything too.
